The Wedding Ring

Tonight I am a little sad. Today I lost my Wedding Ring. God only knows where or when the bloody thing fell off so there is no clue where to really look for it.

Now, for those who know me... my loss of a wedding ring would give them a chuckle.... "which bloody wedding ring was it?" They all know I have given wedded bliss at least THREE attempts (all without success I might add!) and they all assure me that each one was worse than the last and I really should give it up for the safety and sanity of all concerned!

Even my mother in law (ex-husband number one) was heard to mutter an ominous comment the other day when I read my stars and announced that "love would arise again from the ashes" and asked her foolishly which husband should we pray for the return of. Quick as a flash she said "Ron" (or ex husband number two for the uninitiated!) and her response gave me quite a start. When I raised a questioning eyebrow she told me straight out that "at least Ron was always willing to fix stuff for me and I missed him when he left!!!!" GAWD!!! Besides that, her son gets right up her nose every time he visits her (luckily he rarely visits!)

I was also informed by all those present that any thought of re-instating ex husband no. 3 (Ken Murray - womanising internet conman from Toongabbie 0418282186 - please circulate this and warn your friends!) would result in the immediate abandonment of every friend and customer that I have and the total blackbanning of my lovely little shop!!!!! SHIT!!!!!

So the loss of the original Wedding Ring - the only one actually consecrated by the Church (then unfortunately un-consecrated and annulled by the incoming slag that stole ex-husband no.1 from right under my nose!!!) has somewhat upset my rather delicate soul. DO NOT LAUGH>>>> I CAN hear you girls rolling around the floor laughing at the thought of me having a delicate soul!!

Oh well.... now that the favourite and oldest wedding band has gone to God it has me wondering if perhaps there is something afoot in the cosmos as suggested in last Sunday's stars. I am sure I can smell smoke too as I am writing this little story.... maybe Satan is closer than we all think!!!!!! ...... what kind of new love might be knocking at my door?????
